At first glance, the Pint S keeps the compact, nimble feel that made the original Pint lineup so popular. But Future Motion added some meaningful upgrades that make this board feel more refined, more capable, and more fun right out of the box.

We recently got our hands on a Pint S and filmed a full unboxing video where we walk through everything included in the box, take a close look at the board itself, and share some first impressions.

What is the Onewheel+ XR?  Simply put it’s an electric all terrain skateboard that’s self balancing and can handle dirt, grass, sand, gravel and pavement!  The board is capable of going 19 mph (though we recommend you keep it below 13 mph) and traveling up to 18 miles on a single charge.  The speed is controlled by sensors under your feet.  Apply more pressure to your front foot and board speeds up, release that pressure and the board slows down. When you run out of juice, simply plug it back into an outlet and you’ll be back on the road in no time.  

It’s one thing to read about it, but it’s another thing to actually ride it.  It’s a feeling that is hard to describe, but when we do try to describe it to people, we say it feels like you’re riding a board that is equal part snowboard, surfboard, skateboard and hover board. To be clear, when we say hover board we don’t mean those cheap plastic toys that catch on fire.  No, we mean the actual Back II The Future Marty Mcfly hover board.  

The rental process works exactly the same as our standup paddle boards and kayaks.

1. You order your board through our website.

2. We ship it to you with everything you need to hit the road or trail.

3. When your rental is over you box it back up slap the prepaid shipping label on the box and send it back.
