Can I rent a Onewheel to try before buying?
While we no longer offer traditional rentals, our 7-Day Demo is designed for riders who want to try a Onewheel before fully committing to one. You'll purchase a qualifying new Onewheel, ride it for 7 days, and decide whether you'd like to keep it. If you return it, the applicable demo fee and any other applicable charges are deducted from your refund.
How does the SUPrents 7-Day Onewheel Demo work?
Choose a qualifying new Onewheel and we'll ship it directly to you. Your 7-day demo begins on the day it's delivered. If you love your Onewheel, simply keep it. Is the 7-Day Demo the same as a Onewheel rental?
No. The 7-Day Demo is not a traditional rental. You're purchasing a brand-new Onewheel with the option to return it during the 7-day demo period. If you return the board, SUPrents retains the applicable demo fee and refunds the remaining eligible amount.
Where does SUPrents ship Onewheels?
SUPrents offers free Onewheel shipping throughout the lower 48 United States. If you participate in the 7-Day Demo and decide to return your board, SUPrents also provides a prepaid UPS return shipping label.
Can I return the Onewheel after the 7-Day Demo?
To return a board through the 7-Day Demo, it must be dropped off at UPS by 5:00 PM on the seventh day of your demo period. Late returns are subject to an additional $60 per day deducted from your refund. For complete return terms, demo fees and other details, visit our 7-Day Demo page.
