Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please contact SUPrents as soon as possible.

Cancelled orders are subject to a 4% processing fee.

New Onewheels

New Onewheels include SUPrents’ 7-Day Demo. If you decide not to keep your Onewheel during the demo period, contact SUPrents for a prepaid return shipping label.

Once the returned Onewheel has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued minus the applicable demo fee and any other applicable charges.

Damage to a returned Onewheel may result in additional charges. Please see our 7-Day Demo and 7-Day Demo Damage Protection pages for complete details.

Open-Box & Used Onewheels

All open-box and used Onewheel sales are final and are not eligible for the 7-Day Demo.

Paddle Board Rental Cancellations

To cancel your paddle board rental reservation, please contact us by email and include your name and order number.

A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at least one week before the rental start date.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week of the rental start date.
