Cancellation/Refund Policy

Rental Cancellations: To cancel your rental reservation please contact us via email and include your name and order number.

A 50% refund will be issued on cancellations made at least 1-week prior to the rental start date.

No refunds will be issued within 1-week of the rental start date.

All open-box and used Onewheel Sales are final.

New Onewheel sales are *final.

*If a new Onewheel is returned within the included 7-day demo period, SUPrents will retain the demo fee. The deposit will be refunded to the customer after the board has been inspected.

If any damage is found during inspection, repair costs will be deducted from the customer’s deposit before the refund is issued.

All cancelled orders are subject to a 4% processing fee. No exceptions.
