SUPrents offers optional 7-Day Demo Damage Protection with qualifying new Onewheel purchases. It helps protect you from additional charges if your Onewheel is accidentally damaged during your 7-day demo and you decide to return it.

Damage Protection is optional and can be added when you purchase your Onewheel.

WHAT DOES DAMAGE PROTECTION COVER?

Damage Protection helps cover accidental damage and normal wear that occurs while riding during your 7-day demo.

Examples may include:

• Scuffs

• Scratches

• Dings

• Cosmetic riding damage

• Electronic malfunctions occurring during normal use

The goal is simple: you should be able to actually ride the Onewheel during your demo without worrying about every little mark.

Damage Protection applies only during the SUPrents 7-Day Demo period and is subject to the exclusions below.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

Damage Protection does not cover:

• Water damage

• Sand damage

• Reckless or abusive riding

• Intentional damage

• Misuse

• Theft

• Loss

• Missing parts or accessories

• Damage occurring outside the 7-day demo period

Damage Protection does not replace the manufacturer's warranty and does not cover circumstances outside the terms of the SUPrents 7-Day Demo.

HOW MUCH DOES DAMAGE PROTECTION COST?

Damage Protection is a one-time charge added when you purchase your qualifying new Onewheel.

WHAT IF I RETURN MY ONEWHEEL WITH DAMAGE?

If you purchased Damage Protection:

Covered accidental damage and normal riding wear during your 7-day demo will not result in additional repair charges being deducted from your refund.

Damage that falls under one of the exclusions above may still result in additional charges.

If you did NOT purchase Damage Protection:

You can still return your Onewheel under the terms of the 7-Day Demo.

However, you are responsible for damage that occurred while the Onewheel was in your possession.

If the returned Onewheel requires repair or replacement because of damage, the applicable costs will be deducted from your refund.

This may include:

• Parts

• Labor or repair costs

• Replacement costs when applicable

• Additional shipping required for repair

• Other reasonable costs associated with restoring or replacing the damaged Onewheel

WHAT IF I KEEP MY ONEWHEEL?

Nothing changes.

Damage Protection is simply there to protect you during the 7-Day Demo return process.

If you decide to keep your Onewheel, there is nothing else to do or pay.

And remember: your new Onewheel includes the full manufacturer warranty.

DAMAGE PROTECTION + THE 7-DAY DEMO

Damage Protection works alongside the SUPrents 7-Day Demo.

Your demo starts the day your Onewheel is delivered.

If you decide it's not right for you, contact SUPrents before your demo ends. We'll email you a prepaid UPS return shipping label, and your Onewheel must be dropped off at UPS by 5:00 PM on the seventh day.

7-Day Demo Damage Protection Terms: Damage Protection is optional and available on qualifying new Onewheel purchases participating in the SUPrents 7-Day Demo. Damage Protection helps cover accidental damage and normal riding wear occurring during the applicable 7-day demo period. Damage Protection does not cover water or sand damage, reckless or abusive riding, intentional damage, misuse, theft, loss, missing items, or damage occurring outside the demo period. Returned Onewheels without Damage Protection may be subject to deductions from the customer’s refund for repair, replacement, additional shipping, and other costs associated with damage occurring while the Onewheel was in the customer’s possession.
