If it’s not for you, contact us and we’ll email you a prepaid UPS return shipping label. Send it back, and we’ll refund the remaining eligible balance after the applicable demo fee and any other applicable charges.

HOW THE 7-DAY DEMO WORKS
1. CHOOSE YOUR ONEWHEEL
Order any qualifying new Onewheel from SUPrents.
Your board arrives brand new and includes the full manufacturer warranty.
2. RIDE IT FOR 7 DAYS
Your 7-day demo begins the day your Onewheel is delivered.
Ride it. Commute on it. Cruise your neighborhood. Find out whether it’s the right Onewheel for you.
3. DECIDE
Love it? Keep it. There’s nothing more to pay.
Not for you? Contact SUPrents and let us know you’d like to return it. We’ll email you a prepaid UPS return shipping label that you can print and use.
4. RETURN IT
Drop the packaged Onewheel off at UPS by 5:00 PM on the seventh day.
We cover the return shipping.
Once the Onewheel is returned, we’ll refund the remaining eligible balance after the applicable demo fee and any other applicable charges.
WHEN DOES MY 7-DAY DEMO END?
Your demo starts on the day your Onewheel is delivered.
For example:
Delivered Tuesday → Return to UPS by 5:00 PM the following Tuesday.
If you decide to return your Onewheel, contact SUPrents before your demo ends so we can email you your prepaid UPS return label.
Returns dropped off after the 7-day demo period are subject to an additional $60-per-day late fee.
7-DAY DEMO FEES
You only pay the demo fee if you decide to return your Onewheel.
If you keep your Onewheel, there is no demo fee added later and nothing more to pay.
If you return it, SUPrents retains the applicable demo fee and refunds the remaining eligible balance.
Return shipping is included. SUPrents will email you a prepaid UPS return label if you decide to return your Onewheel
WHAT HAPPENS TO ACCESSORIES?
Accessories purchased with your Onewheel can be returned with the board.
If you return your Onewheel, accessories added to the order — such as a fender — are eligible for a refund of 50% of their purchase price.
For example:
$100 accessory → $50 refund if the Onewheel is returned.
If you keep your Onewheel, of course, you simply keep the accessories as well.
WHAT IF I RETURN IT LATE?
Your Onewheel must be dropped off at UPS by 5:00 PM on the seventh day of your demo.
Returns shipped after the 7-day period are subject to an additional:
$60 PER DAY
late fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
WHAT IF THE ONEWHEEL GETS DAMAGED?
Riding a Onewheel means it may pick up some wear.
SUPrents offers optional 7-Day Demo Damage Protection when you order your Onewheel.
Damage protection helps cover accidental damage and normal wear during your demo, including things like scuffs, dings, scratches, and electronic malfunctions.
It does not cover water or sand damage, reckless or abusive riding, misuse, theft, or loss.

WHAT WILL MY REFUND LOOK LIKE?
If you keep your Onewheel:
You're done.
There is nothing more to pay.
If you return your Onewheel:
Your eligible refund is generally:
Purchase Price
– Demo Fee
– 50% of Accessory Purchase Price (non-refundable)
– Any Applicable Late Fees
– Any Other Applicable Charges
= Refund

7-Day Demo Terms: The 7-day demo is available on qualifying new Onewheel purchases from SUPrents. The demo period begins on the date the Onewheel is delivered and ends at 5:00 PM on the seventh day. Customers choosing to return their Onewheel must contact SUPrents to receive a prepaid UPS return shipping label and must drop the return off with UPS by the applicable deadline. SUPrents retains the applicable demo fee from returned Onewheel purchases. Accessories returned with the Onewheel are eligible for a refund equal to 50% of their purchase price. Late returns are subject to a $60-per-day late fee. Additional deductions may apply for damage, excluded damage, missing items, misuse, or other applicable charges. Demo availability, fees, and terms are subject to change.
