Not long ago, you had to live in a large city or high tourist area to get access to electric skateboard rental shops. Everyone else was left to rely on local stores (if one even existed in your town)! We saw a growing need for people to have access to fun outdoor recreation without needing to commit to a large purchase, so we launched SUPrents Onewheel Rentals. Now we rent Onewheel Pint and Onewheel XR electric skateboards across the U.S! We’re delivering fun directly to your doorstep.

Our goal is to make renting an electric skateboard easy, fun, and fast. You probably have some questions! Before you get started, here are some frequently asked questions:

 

How much does it cost to rent an electric skateboard?

Don’t let cost hold you back from experiencing the most beautiful ride in the world! Renting an electric skateboard is a budget-friendly way to try a Onewheel electric skateboard before committing to a purchase. Our rental duration and fees are:

$199 for 3 days

$249 for 5 days

$289 for 7 days

$349 for 10 days

Shipping is free both ways.

Optional damage protection plans and helmet rentals are available for an additional cost.

How old do I have to be to rent an electric skateboard?

You must be 18 years of age or older to rent a Onewheel.

 

Where can I rent an electric skateboard?

Anywhere in the lower 48 United States. SUPrents will ship a Onewheel electric skateboard to your door or to the destination of your choice. This convenient, fast and free shipping model gives you the freedom to enjoy your electric skateboard rental while on vacation, traveling, or right in your hometown.

Can I buy a used electric skateboard?

Absolutely! If you love your Onewheel experience you can buy it from us! We offer two ways to purchase a Onewheel Pint or Onewheel XR:

●     Onewheel Demo Program. We also offer a “Try Before You Buy” demo program. You can choose from a new or used Onewheel Pint or Onewheel XR, select your demo/rental duration, and pay a deposit for the cost of the board. How do I know which Onewheel is right for me?

Onewheel electric skateboards come in two models: Onewheel Pint and Onewheel XR. Both models provide a thrilling, beautiful ride that will leave you grinning from ear to ear. The Pint and XR have unique features that compliment your particular lifestyle, riding goals, and body type.

Will my electric skateboard rental arrive in good condition?

We take great care to ensure all of our Onewheel electric skateboards are operating in peak condition. We deep clean and sanitize each board between rentals, and perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance prior to shipping. Once you receive your electric skateboard rental we recommend that you download the Onewheel app to track your miles, speed and other features of the board. The app will also provide you with useful information about the usage history of your board, such as total distance traveled.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Rental Cancellations: To cancel your rental reservation please contact us via email and include your name and order number.

A 50% refund will be issued on cancellations made at least 1-week prior to the rental start date.

No refunds will be issued within 1-week of the rental start date.

Terms & Conditions

Rental and Damage Liability Waiver

I hereby agree that by renting any equipment from Sup Rents LLC, I accept liability for any damages or injury that may occur while using any of the equipment- regardless of its condition- rented from Sup Rents LLC. By signing this agreement I understand that I am waiving my right to bring a court of action to recover compensation or obtain any other remedy for any injury to myself, my property, or my death, however caused, arising out of my use of any equipment from Sup Rents LLC. I understand that there are inherent risks associated with the activities offered by SUP Rents LLC including but not limited to kayaking, standup paddle boarding and Onewheel electric skateboard use.

I understand that equipment and safety devices are provided for my use (such as the leash, and helmet). I understand that SUP Rents LLC does not provide a personal flotation device (PFD). If I feel that I need a PFD it is my responsibility to provide my own. I agree that I will be solely responsible for proper use of safety and other equipment and procedures. It is my responsibility to inspect all equipment. I, the undersigned user-or guardian of user-HEREBY RELEASE on behalf of myself, my heirs, representatives, managers, successors, executors and administrators of Sup Rents LLC its officers, agents, and employees from any cause of action, claims, or demands whatsoever including, but not limited to, a claim of negligence.

I also agree that if equipment is damaged, lost or misplaced that I rent from Sup Rents LLC I will pay for the losses or damages. I agree that if Sup Rents LLC incurs any cost associated with recovery of payment for damages or losses (such as court costs, collection costs and/or attorney costs) that I will reimburse or pay Sup Rents LLC for these costs as well as the cost of the damaged items.

It is solely the discretion of Sup Rents LLC to determine if damaged equipment will be repaired or replaced at the renter’s expense.

I agree that SUP Rents LLC can charge my account daily late fees for any rental not returned on on the due date with or without my consent.

I agree that SUP Rents LLC can charge the full retail price of any rental product not returned within 5-days of the expiration of the rental term without my consent.

I (renters) am responsible for ensuring all equipment is properly used and attached. I also agree to not operate the equipment under the influence of drugs or alchohol.

Sup Rents LLC. I understand that the terms of this agreement are legally binding and I certify that I am signing this agreement, after having carefully read it, of my own free will.
