Your Standup Paddleboard will ship for free directly to a location of your choice (additional fees apply for Hawaii). Our convenient rentals offer the flexibility to receive your standup paddleboard at home, at your hotel, a vacation rental, or practically anywhere with a door!

When your rental is finished, return it in the included prepaid shipping box. It’s by far the most convenient, affordable and hassle free way to rent a standup paddleboard.

Damage protection covers your rental against all accidental damage - including tears, punctures, dings, etc. It does not cover against theft or loss.

In case you're having too much fun

If you’re having so much fun with your rented paddle board that you’re thinking about getting one of your own, don’t run to the store – keep the paddle board you’ve already got!

If you like the board so much you don’t want to give it back, we’ll sell it to you! Rent it, Love it, Keep it!

Saves you a trip to the store and shipping the paddleboard back to us. Your rental feel can even be put towards purchasing the standup paddleboard. Why change to a new one when you already got one that you’re having fun on?

Paddleboard FAQ

Paddleboards: Each rental includes a standup paddleboard, an adjustable paddle, hand pump and detachable fin. You can choose to add an electric pump and/or life jacket for a small additional fee.

Onewheel Electric Skateboards: Each rental includes a Onewheel electric skateboard and charger. You can add a helmet for a small additional fee.

If you are heading on vacation outside of the U.S. unfortunately we cannot ship you the board.  The board must ship to and from a U.S. address.  However, you are more than welcome to have the board shipped to your home and take it with you out of the country as long as you ship it back from your home when you come back.

If you’re local we offer shorter rental periods and discounted prices on certain items.  Simply click the rental link and then select the “local to Bend, Spokane, Coeur d’ Alene” link. Complete the checkout process or call and we’ll arrange a pickup time with you.

Adding damage protection to your rental covers your paddleboard against any kind of accidental damage that may occur during your rental period. This includes tears, dings, scratches, punctures, broken fins, broken leash, broken paddle. Should your board be damaged during the rental period the cost of repair/replacement is covered if damage protection was added to the rental at checkout. If damage protection is not added the person listed on the rental order/agreement is responsible for covering any and all costs associated with repair/replacement within 14 days of the end of rental period. Damage protection does not cover theft or loss. Damage protection cannot be added after the rental period begins.

An iSUP is an inflatable standup paddleboard. iSUP’s are extremely portable, convenient and durable. You can throw them in the trunk of your car, back seat or even in a backpack and be ready to paddleboard anytime/anywhere.

The All Around board is 10′ long,  31″ wide, 6″ thick and weighs 18.6 pounds. The Women’s/Yoga board is 10’4 long, 31″ wide, 6″ thick and weighs 19.5 pounds.  The Explorer is 11′ long, 31″ wide, 6″ think and weights 21 pounds. The Megalodon is 12′ long. The Hydrus board is 12’6″ long.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Rental Cancellations: To cancel your rental reservation please contact us via email and include your name and order number.

A 50% refund will be issued on cancellations made at least 1-week prior to the rental start date.

No refunds will be issued within 1-week of the rental start date.

Terms & Conditions

Rental and Damage Liability Waiver

I hereby agree that by renting any equipment from Sup Rents LLC, I accept liability for any damages or injury that may occur while using any of the equipment- regardless of its condition- rented from Sup Rents LLC. By signing this agreement I understand that I am waiving my right to bring a court of action to recover compensation or obtain any other remedy for any injury to myself, my property, or my death, however caused, arising out of my use of any equipment from Sup Rents LLC. I understand that there are inherent risks associated with the activities offered by SUP Rents LLC including but not limited to kayaking, standup paddle boarding and Onewheel electric skateboard use.

I understand that equipment and safety devices are provided for my use (such as the leash, and helmet). I understand that SUP Rents LLC does not provide a personal flotation device (PFD). If I feel that I need a PFD it is my responsibility to provide my own. I agree that I will be solely responsible for proper use of safety and other equipment and procedures. It is my responsibility to inspect all equipment. I, the undersigned user-or guardian of user-HEREBY RELEASE on behalf of myself, my heirs, representatives, managers, successors, executors and administrators of Sup Rents LLC its officers, agents, and employees from any cause of action, claims, or demands whatsoever including, but not limited to, a claim of negligence.

I also agree that if equipment is damaged, lost or misplaced that I rent from Sup Rents LLC I will pay for the losses or damages. I agree that if Sup Rents LLC incurs any cost associated with recovery of payment for damages or losses (such as court costs, collection costs and/or attorney costs) that I will reimburse or pay Sup Rents LLC for these costs as well as the cost of the damaged items.

It is solely the discretion of Sup Rents LLC to determine if damaged equipment will be repaired or replaced at the renter’s expense.

I agree that SUP Rents LLC can charge my account daily late fees for any rental not returned on on the due date with or without my consent.

I agree that SUP Rents LLC can charge the full retail price of any rental product not returned within 5-days of the expiration of the rental term without my consent.

I (renters) am responsible for ensuring all equipment is properly used and attached. I also agree to not operate the equipment under the influence of drugs or alchohol.

Sup Rents LLC. I understand that the terms of this agreement are legally binding and I certify that I am signing this agreement, after having carefully read it, of my own free will.
